As each fleece is handmade with love, I kindly ask that you read the product descriptions before placing your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

No returns on final sale items.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or if you have any issues with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to help.
